Why the machine matters

Most guys rent
the equipment.
I already own it.

A Bobcat and a backhoe live at my place, not at a rental yard. That changes the math on your job: I can start when I say I will, work around a tight side yard or a steep driveway, and move dirt, concrete and debris that a wheelbarrow crew would take three days to shift.

And because it is me on the machine, there is nobody to blame when something gets missed. One person quotes it, one person does it, one person cleans up.

  • Demolition and dirt work handled in-house
  • Debris leaves on the same trip it comes off
  • Tight access, backyards and side yards included
  • Free on-site estimate, no pressure, no deposit talk

What I do

Four kinds of work,
one phone call.

Most jobs need two or three of these anyway — the tear-out, the haul-off, and then putting something back. I do all of it, so you are not chasing three different guys.

Demolition01

Demolition

Interior strip-outs, concrete, sheds and decks — torn out clean.

Kitchens, bathrooms, walls, concrete, sheds, decks, fences. I take it down to the studs or take the whole thing out, and I do it with my own machine instead of a rented one, so a job that would take a crew three days is usually done in one. Dust controlled, floors protected, debris out the same trip.

  • Kitchen and bathroom strip-outs
  • Interior wall and cabinet removal
  • Concrete and driveway breakout
  • Shed, deck and fence demolition
  • Garage and full interior gutting
  • Debris loaded and hauled away

Hauling & Cleanouts02

Hauling & Cleanouts

Construction debris, junk, garages and yards — gone in one trip.

If it needs to leave your property, I can take it. Construction debris, old furniture, appliances, yard waste, dirt, concrete, whole garages. I load it, I sweep up, and you get the space back the same day. No dumpster sitting in your driveway for a week.

  • Construction debris and remodel waste
  • Garage, shed and estate cleanouts
  • Old furniture and appliances
  • Yard waste, dirt and concrete
  • Same-day loading and sweep-up

Handyman & Repairs03

Handyman & Repairs

The punch list you have been walking past, done in one visit.

The small stuff and the not-so-small stuff. Deck boards, fence posts, doors that stick, drywall patches, trim, shelves, fixtures, gates. If it is broken, loose, or half-finished, I can usually sort it out in a single trip with the truck already loaded.

  • Deck repair and rebuild
  • Fence and gate repair
  • Doors, trim and drywall patches
  • Fixture and hardware installs
  • Shelving, mounting and small remodels

Pavers & Tile04

Pavers & Tile

Driveways, patios, walkways, kitchen and bath tile — set to last.

Pavers and tile are only as good as what is under them. I dig out and prep the base properly, set the grade so water runs away from the house, and cut and lay the pattern tight. Driveways, patios, walkways, borders, backsplashes, floors, showers.

  • Paver driveways, patios and walkways
  • Border courses and step details
  • Base prep, compaction and drainage
  • Kitchen backsplash and floor tile
  • Bathroom and shower tile

How it goes

Three steps,
no runaround.

No estimator who never shows, no quote that doubles once the wall comes open. You talk to the person swinging the hammer.

01

You call or text

Tell me roughly what you are looking at and where you are. A photo helps, but a sentence is enough to start.

02

I come look at it

I walk the job myself and give you one number for the whole thing — the tear-out, the load, the haul-off, the finish.

03

It leaves with me

I do the work, I clean up, and the debris goes in the trailer on the same trip it came off the property.

San Jose,

in every direction.

Based in San Jose and working about fifty miles out in every direction — the South Bay, down to Gilroy, up the Peninsula, out to the coast when the job is worth the drive. Ask about your town. Worst I can say is it is too far.
