Hamid takes down kitchens and bathrooms, breaks out concrete and slabs, drops decks, sheds and garages, and clears a whole property before a remodel — then loads it on his own trailer and hauls it away. The machine work, the tearing out and the hauling are one crew and one price, so nothing waits on a subcontractor to show up.
