On the job
Pulled out,cleaned up,put back.
Kitchens taken down to the studs. Driveways broken into slabs and gone by the end of the day. Patios set on a proper base. This is the kind of work that fills my week.

Kitchen stripped for a remodel
Cabinets, counters, tile and drywall out, studs exposed, ready for the trades to come in.

Deck boards replaced
Soft boards pulled, joists checked and sistered where needed, new decking screwed down.

Walk-in shower in large-format tile
Old shower demoed, pan and waterproofing done, large-format tile set with a recessed niche and linear drain.

Paver patio with a border course
Base dug out and compacted, pavers laid on a string line with a soldier-course border and sand joints.

Old shed torn down, yard cleared
Rotten shed pulled apart by hand so the fence and lawn stayed intact, then the whole pile hauled off.

Two-car garage emptied in a day
Decades of boxes, furniture and tools sorted, loaded and gone before dinner. Swept out clean.

Driveway broken out and hauled off
Old cracked driveway broken out in slabs, rebar cut, and every piece hauled away in the same day.

Backyard trench for a new gas line
Backhoe dug the trench through a tight backyard, gas line set, dirt hauled off and the lawn put back.
Your pile next?
Text me a photo of what you are dealing with. I will tell you what it takes and what it costs to make it disappear.
